This is probably one of the first travel lists that inspired me to travel. I stumbled upon Howard Hillman's list while working my first job out of university, and while I sat in my cubical, I used to dream about the different sites that (maybe) someday I'd see. A few years later and I'm happy to say I've been to 44 on the list, and though I don't really travel for sightseeing as much anymore, it is a fun reminder of how far I've come from the days of just dreaming.
