Since this was one my first trips anywhere during high season I was a little disappointed regarding the crowds and my ability to get the type of photos I wanted. Here is what it's like in Athens,Delphi, Meteora, Santorini, and Crete during the high season.
The Poet Sandal Maker of Athens. I read about the amazing experience, the quality of the sandals and the interesting conversations with the Poet Sandal Maker's son. What I found instead was a tourist tired man surrounded by generic sandals. Different from my friend's experience earlier in the year prior to the tourist season, though this also seemed to be the case with many in the tourist trade in Greece.
