Right after I wrote
my review of my eBags Packing Cubes and eTech 2.0 Weekender Convertible Junior I checked the shipping status of my Ecosusi Packing Cubes just to see if there were any updates. Much to my surprise I found out they were delivered into my mailbox around the same time as my eBags purchases.
I rushed to check my mail and opened my package. At first look the Ecosusi Packing Cubes look almost identical to the eBags ones, but after feeling them it's clear the Ecosusi is made from a cheaper thinner material while the eBags is made of a more sturdy textured weave. The handle on the back of the Ecosusi is made of the same material as the packing cube, while the eBags uses the same material as a backpack strap.
I put what Daniele stuffed into the small eBags into the small Ecosusi and noticed Ecosusi is smaller, so it was a bit of a struggle to fit the same amount of clothes into it, but the zipper quality is good and can withstand zipping up overstuffed packing cubes. I did notice the Ecosusi tended to bulge out on both the top and bottom when over stuffed while the eBags only bulged from the top.
All in all I still prefer the eBags Packing Cubes, but for someone who has not previously owned packing cubes and formed a preference, the Ecosusi Packing Cubes are a great cheaper alternative at $15 for a set of 1 small, 1 medium, and 1 large packing cubes.

I really can't recommend the Ecosusi Packing Cubes. There is a bad scent from the cheaper material used which started to give me a headache after I wrote up my review. It's a pretty strong stench, which I can imagine would permeate into whatever is packed into it. Skip this brand and stick with eBags. They have frequent sales which lowers their price to just slightly more than the Ecosusi, but the lifetime warranty, excellent construction, and scent free material makes them a clear winner.
