Not long after I bought my new camera, the Panasonic GM1, I had to return it because of a defect I noticed while playing with it. Not a big deal, but I will miss the orange little guy. I thought about buying another one, but the camera was a little smaller than I liked. So today I ordered the Panasonic GF7. A lot of people in the Micro 43 community is passing it off as just a "selfie camera", which honestly Panasonic is definitely marketing it as such, but I think there is more potential to the camera, especially for someone who tends to travel alone.
It doesn't help that the landing page for the camera on the official website has the model using the camera as if there is a viewfinder (there is not a viewfinder), no wonder many people don't take it seriously.
Regardless of the perception, I'm excited for the camera to arrive!
